Voice Out! is a market research panel specialising in both online and offline (or face-to-face) surveys, which is owned by Stratos Consulting Group Sdn Bhd, a market research and strategic consulting firm based in Malaysia. Our members have all opted in to join the panel, to take surveys and earn cash, vouchers, gift cards or donate to charities.
Once you become a member of Voice Out!, you will be invited to participate in either online or face-to-face surveys. We will share survey invitation via an email, WhatsApp or call you depending on the mode of contact you have chosen during your registration with Voice Out!
For online surveys, invitations will also appear on your member dashboard. Just click on the survey link within the email or the “Start Survey” button on your dashboard, and you will be taken to the survey where you can fill in your responses. These surveys are on average, paid between MYR 0.20-10 (or USD 0.05-2.5), although sometimes we will send you short surveys which helps us know you better, and are, as such, unpaid. This allows us to keep updating your profile to be able to send you relevant surveys of your specific interests.
For offline surveys such as face-to-face interviews and focus group discussions, payment is instant at the venue where we engaged with us.
For online cash payment, you are required to provide us your bank account information such as your account number and account holder name.
For both online and offline surveys, you are allowed to donate your rewards to charity.
Registration to Voice Out! is entirely FREE – you will not be asked for any payment. On the contrary, you earn cash, vouchers or gift cards by completing our surveys, participating in sponsored surveys and more.
You will be asked to provide some basic information during your account creation, as well as some information about yourself to participate in our surveys.
After signing up, you will be sent a confirmation email to finalize your registration. You must click the link in this email to confirm your registration with Voice Out!
After confirmation, we will send a separate email with a user name and auto-generated password for you to login to your personal member dashboard.
We ask for personal information such as your name, address, gender, birthday, employment status, etc. to better match you with the appropriate market research projects. This information is also used for the purpose of incentive fulfilment so that we may send your reward to the appropriate recipient address. Other personal information that you may be asked to provide to us is solely for the purpose of building and operating a worldwide proprietary database of panelists, in order to conduct market research studies on that basis, and we provide your responses to our surveys to our clients in anonymised and aggregated form.
Under no circumstances will your survey results be used to sell or promote a product, nor will you receive any advertising or promotional material as a result of joining the Voice Out! community, unless given permission by yourself in certain instances.
Log in, then from the top of the page select “Account” then choose “Account Setting”. Enter your new email address and/or password and click Submit.
Log in, then from the top of the page, select “Account” then “Personal Details”. You may make the necessary changes. The system will automatically save once you made any changes in your details.
Log in, then from the top of the page select “Account” then choose “Account Setting”.
At the bottom on the left-hand side of the page, you will see the “LEAVE PANEL AND DELETE ACCOUNT” button. Key in “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” and optionally leave a comment to help us improve in the future.
You will also have the option of unsubscribing in the email. By clicking the “Unsubscribe”, you will terminate your account with Voice Out!
Note that the final termination may take up to two weeks, during which time you may still receive emails from Voice Out! Besides, if you cancel your account, your cumulated credits will be forfeited immediately and you will no longer be able to redeem them.
Email is our default contact mode unless the survey in question requires a different mode of communication.
For online surveys, we will send invitations to the email address provided on the signup form. It is recommended to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book for our surveys to not enter your Junk Mail.
In regards to offline surveys such as face-to-face interviews and focus group discussions, we will contact you via your preferred mode of contact that you provided in the signup form.
The following are the general survey length for different types of survey:
• For online surveys, we aim to keep most surveys between 10-15 minutes.
• Focus groups typically are 90 minutes to two hours in length.
• Face-to-face surveys will take approximately 20 minutes to an hour.
The survey length will depend on the type of survey. There are times when you will get shorter or longer surveys depending on our needs. We will always inform you in the invitation e-mail on the expected completion time for each survey.
You can participate only once for the same survey. However, you can participate in as many other different surveys as you like.
Surveys are active for 2-14 days to collect the desired number of responses. Once the quota is full, the survey will automatically be closed.
A full quota means that the survey is filled within the targeted range. In order to avoid this, we recommend you to fill out the survey as soon as you receive an invite.
Some surveys are looking for a specific group of people who meet a very narrow set of demographic criteria. Sometimes, determining whether someone qualifies for a survey takes just a few questions, other times it may take more. Please know that we appreciate your participation and that when you do not qualify, your responses will not be used in the final research findings.
To increase the chances of qualifying for future online surveys, it is advisable to complete all of the member personal profile surveys.
If clicking on the link provided in your email does not let you access the survey, please try copying and pasting the link into the URL address bar. If you are still having issues, please send us an email with a brief description of the problem to email@example.com.
This depends on which country you reside in and what type of survey you are taking. Usually, it will take at least 1 to 2 weeks to process the rewards.
Paper vouchers will be sent to the postal address indicated in your account (please make sure it is up to date). In case of an address change, you must update your address in your profile and notify our support team if you have a pending voucher delivery.
Electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) will be sent to the email address / mobile number indicated in your account.
Bank transfers or PayPal requests will be credited directly to your bank or PayPal account. You are required to provide your account number and account name at the end of the survey.
You will be briefed on the rewards before starting on a particular survey. Choose the reward and topic that best fits you before you start. For each survey, usually it will take at least 1 to 2 weeks to process and credit your rewards.
Always make sure your contact details are up to date.

Step 1. Login to your Voice Out! personal dashboard.
Step 2. Scroll down to the ‘Withdrawal Request’ section.
Step 3. Fill in the amount you wish to donate and select ‘Donation to Hati’.
Step 4. Click on ‘Withdraw’.
Step 5. For donation above RM 50, you may request for Hati tax-exempted receipt. Kindly email to email@example.com the following particulars to be featured in receipt (your full name, NRIC, home address, mobile number and donation amount).
CONTACT & SUPPORT
At the top of the home page, click on “Log in” and in the same pop-up box you will also be presented with the option “Forgot password?” at the righ-hand bottom. You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your Voice Out! account to receive a new auto-generated password.
Important : For security reasons, please make sure to use a password that is unique to your Voice Out! account. Your Voice Out! password should only be for Voice Out! and not be reused on other sites / accounts. We advise that you remember your password and change your password frequently.
